Board of Outreach

The Board of Outreach is responsible for presenting and introducing the church to the community.  This is accomplished through Evangelism, home visitations to visitors, and new neighbors as well as visiting shut-ins.  Coordinating the advertising for the church through the use of the Yellow Pages, neighborhood newspapers, messages on the church sign, church handouts and the church website.

The King of Glory Board of Outreach participates in Septembers Rally Day, Octobers Family Fest, Hosts receptions for new members, December Christmas Breakfast and an Easter Extravaganza.

Helping Hands is a Social Ministry that the Board of Outreach is offering to King of Glory Members.  If  you find yourself in a time of need, with transportation to/from appointments; house cleaning; meals; laundry; yard work; etc., contact the Church Office.  All matters will be handled confidentially.

We encourage members who would like to use their talents to glorify Him, by serving each other in this ministry, to sign up on the bulletin board or contact the church office.  Serving each other is a way to be the hands and feet of Jesus.  Level of involvement can be as much or as little as you are able and willing to do.  We all have talents so please consider participating in this Outreach Ministry of Helping Hands.

Pass It On is a ministry designed to help owners find a new home for good used items in all categories, such as furniture, equipment, plants, etc.  To list your items contact the church office.  Items will be listed in the Sunday Bulletin - check it out.
